Liquid chemical addition with eight metered channels, A/B controls and stage reporting, scoped to the chemical package and site requirements.

Liquid chemical addition, metering and reporting.

The Matrix Chem Add Trailer combines chemical pumping and eight metered channels with an isolated operator control room. It supports liquid chemical addition during stimulation and pumpdown work. Plan the chemical package, operating range and site connections around the job.

A and B controls with a shared manifold.

Separate A and B controls have their own operator interfaces and communication paths, connected to a shared manifold. Pre-plumbed spare channels, local VFD operation and a hardwired emergency stop provide additional operating provisions. Agree the control configuration and site responsibilities before the program.

Eight channels. A defined data record.

Eight Coriolis meters record chemical rates and support mass and volume totals at two-second logging intervals. Coordinate instrument configuration, calibration, report units and operating conditions with the field team.

Control room and chemical-deck separation.

An isolated, climate-controlled operator room is separated from the contained chemical deck. Labeled through-wall connections and perimeter work lighting support the equipment layout. Plan storage, transfer connections, access and utilities around the location.

Reporting for the field program.

The reporting package includes field tickets, stage sheets, water analysis, tank-strapping records, chemical-rate graphs and CSV exports. Define which reports the job requires and distinguish metered readings, sampled information, entered records and calculated totals.

Local operation and authorized remote access.

The current control description includes operator-set rate control with manual backup. Remote visibility and control depend on the configured system, connectivity and customer permission. Agree who operates the system and who receives the reports.

In development: Matrix AI Box

Matrix AI Box is in development with a target release in Q2 2027. The program explores autonomous optimization as an additional capability. Current trailer operation uses operator-set rate control with manual backup.

Plan the trailer around the job.

Bring the chemical package, rate requirements, location, schedule, storage and connection details. Include the required reports and remote-access expectations. Matrix can connect the trailer scope with Field Services, Equipment & Modular Systems or a wider Turnkey Services program.
